Christ Church was planted in Chandler, Arizona, in 2012 by Lead Pastor Adam Bailie as Harvest Bible Chapel Chandler. In the past twelve years, God has allowed us to grow from a small core team to a church family with over 4,000 people at Christ Church each weekend across four locations.
We operate in a multi-congregation model where each location has live worship and live preaching, most of the weekends, supported by the collective effort of the whole to carry out the mission and to make great the name of Jesus throughout the Phoenix area.

Our Ministry Standards
Our ministry standards describe the non-negotiable qualities that are essential to all ministry endeavors. They also function as criteria by which we plan, execute, and evaluate.
Intentional, Welcoming Environment – We welcome one another in Christlike love and make a meaningful first impression with guests. Romans 15:7; 1 Peter 4:9; Hebrews 13:2
Excellent, High-Impact Gatherings – We plan and execute all gatherings with excellence to ensure a valuable and edifying experience. 1 Corinthians 14:26, 40
Biblical, Digestible Teaching – We minister God’s word faithfully and in a way that is understandable and applicable. 1 Timothy 4:6; Titus 2:1; Acts 17:22-33
Beautiful, Compelling Aesthetics – We ensure all artistic expressions are relevant and reflect the beauty and creativity of God. Psalm 19:1; Colossians 3:23
Personal, Compassionate Care – We genuinely care for people in their need—whether physical or spiritual, big or small. 1 Thessalonians 5:14–15; Galatians 6:2
Our Culture Values
Our culture values describe our intentional and doxological convictions about worship. They give shape and substance to everything we do.
Vertical Engagement - The church is for God. His glory is our pursuit. Everything we do is aimed at creating opportunity for people to meet with and be changed by God.
Redeemed Ambition - We move for mission. We love to aim at the high bar of excellence and we reject mediocrity. We are unapologetic in our passion to see the kingdom advance through our ministry.
Contagious Generosity - We give our very best. We go first in sacrificially offering our time, energy, and resources, and we are not reluctant to invite and inspire others to do the same.
Relational Connection - We treat people like they matter. We know that every person is an image bearer and so we treat them with dignity, extend compassionate care, and build meaningful relationships.
Genuine Communication - We speak the truth in love. Words are powerful, so we speak them with care. We practice discernment and authenticity in our speech and look for opportunities to build others up.
At Christ Church, we fly one flag—Christ crucified. He’s the one we worship. He’s the one we preach. He’s the one we follow.
